SURFACE PREPARATION APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
»Avoid application in case of impending rain for the next 5 days.
»To be applied only in open or well ventilated area.
»Before you start painting, dilute up to 5% by volume. with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT or RAFT NITRO 1100 for application with an air gun and mix well. For faster
drying and greater hardness, add the HARD METAL EXTRA hardener up to 8% vol.
Suitable painting tools are: Brush, roller or air gun.
»For uniformity in shade and final finish, it is recommended to use containers from the same production batch. In case of different batches it is recommended
mixing them in a large container.
»Apply 2-3 coats of KRAFT METAL 3in1 CLASSIC for a perfect result with the final thickness of dry film being greater than 90μm.
»Minimum repaint time 24 hours.
»Surface drying in 2-3 hours at 25 ° C and relative humidity 50%. Drying time is affected by weather conditions.
»Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ° C and above 35 ° C as well as above 65% relative humidity.
»Pay special attention to full coverage of difficult points such as recesses to avoid possible moisture ingress.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AFTER IMPLEMENTATION
»Clean the tools immediately after use, with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT and then with hot soapy water.
»The surfaces are washable after at least 30 days from their painting. Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from sun exposure or frost.
»Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48 hours and complete drying of the material.
