Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled in the following cases:
A) Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom center of your screen. Clicking on it automatically stops the ordering process.
B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 693 455 9276 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
Withdrawal – Return / Replacement Products
a) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product / products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement via the contact form on the website.
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product (s) in the condition in which you received it / the receipt. The product (s) must not have been washed, used in any way, have all his / her labels and their packaging must not have been damaged. Money cannot be refunded if the product (s) have been used or damaged. The return is made to the supplier (xatziemmanouiltools.gr) without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which you told us your decision to withdraw from the market. In this case you are charged with the direct cost-expense of returning the goods (s).
The return of the item (s) is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid the shipping costs for his / her return. Similarly, the company is obliged to refund the price received (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a method of delivery charged to xatziemmanouiltools.gr), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day it will receive back the goods (s). The company will execute the refund by depositing in a bank account indicated by the customer. In any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of his / her goods as a result of his / her management other than that which is necessary to determine his / her nature, characteristics and function.
b) Product Return / Replacement
It is possible to return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a product other than the one you ordered).
In order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
- Returns of products can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
a. The product must have been purchased exclusively from www.xatziemmanouiltools.gr .
b. The defective product is replaced only with the same product or with any other by agreement. - The consumer has the right to request an unjustified refund in accordance with 8a.

- It is necessary to send us a photo of the item at info@xatziemmanouiltools.gr , so that we have a better picture in our communication with you and confirm the acceptance of return.

Pack the product so that it is protected upon shipment. - In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, send the parcel with the courier company that we will indicate to you using the customer code that we will indicate to you and the shipping costs are borne by xatziemmanouiltools.gr. < / li>
* Please note that the return shipping costs are charged by our company only in case of our own mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
