SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, firm and free of dust, other debris and loose old paint. In case of old rust, sand the surface with a suitable sandpaper and remove the dust.
IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
»Avoid application in case of impending rain for the next 5 days.
»To be applied only in open or well ventilated area.
»Before you start painting, dilute up to 5% by volume. with KRAFT NITRO 1100 for application with an air gun and mix well.
»Suitable painting tools are: Main air pistol but also brush, roller.
»For uniformity in shade and final finish, it is recommended to use containers from the same production batch. In case of different batches it is recommended
mixing them in a large container.
»Apply 2-3 coats of KRAFT METAL 3in1 HAMMERED for a perfect result with the final thickness of dry film being greater than 90μm. In coastal areas, for extra protection, it is recommended to first apply a layer of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER.
»Minimum repaint time 24 hours.
»Surface drying in ½ – 1 hour at 25oC and relative humidity 50%. Drying time is affected by weather conditions.
»Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ° C and above 35 ° C as well as above 65% relative humidity.
»Pay special attention to full coverage of difficult points such as recesses to avoid possible moisture ingress.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AFTER IMPLEMENTATION
»Clean the tools immediately after use, with KRAFT NITRO 1100 and then with warm soapy water. Use of the painted surface is recommended after 48 hours
and complete drying of the material. The surfaces are washable after at least 30 days from their painting.
»Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from sun exposure or frost.
